HelloWorkz CRM respects user privacy and provides a clear process to request deletion of personal data received through our website, CRM forms, landing pages, product enquiry pages, Meta/Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, Google leads, IndiaMART enquiries, Razorpay-linked payment records, or other connected business services.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please email support@helloworkz.in.
Use the subject: Data Deletion Request - HelloWorkz CRM.
2. Please Include
- Your full name
- Email address or phone number used in the enquiry or payment
- Business name, page name, form name, product name, or invoice reference if known
- Source of the enquiry, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, IndiaMART, website, landing page, Razorpay, or manual CRM entry
- Screenshot, transaction reference, form reference, or enquiry details if available
- A short statement requesting deletion of your data
3. What Data Can Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal data stored in HelloWorkz CRM, including lead details, contact details, website or landing page enquiries, Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead information, Google lead information, IndiaMART enquiry information, manual CRM lead entries, support/contact form submissions, and non-essential CRM notes or communication records linked to the user.
4. Payment and Compliance Records
For Razorpay or payment-related records, we may delete or anonymize personal data where possible. However, some payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, legal, or dispute-related records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business compliance requirements.
5. Processing Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 to 30 business days.
6. Important Note
If your data was submitted to a business using HelloWorkz CRM, we may need to coordinate with that business account or tenant to verify and process the deletion request. Some information may also exist separately with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, IndiaMART, or Razorpay, and you may need to contact those platforms directly for deletion from their own systems.
